Kicking off her week with some
retail therapy, Miley Cyrus
was
spotted taking her sister Noah to
the Beverly Center yesterday
(March 21).
The “Party in the USA” babe was all
smiles in a grey shirt with black
leggings and a pair of aviator
sunglasses as she strolled past the
paparazzi.
As for her tour, Miley has
announced new dates that are sure
to get her South American fans
plenty excited.
Cyrus will begin her tour in Quito,
Ecuador on April 29th, and head
over to Lima, Peru on May 1st.
Tickets go on sale March 26th.
